Construction Support

You can use your builder or ours.
In addition, we offer a variety of levels of construction support.
All our builders are qualified members of the Linwood Homes Builders Association.

Basic Assistance Program

This program allows you to act as your own general contractor.
You receive both factory and local assistance in selecting contractors, receiving and evaluating quotes, obtaining planning permits, and monitoring on-site job performance by the selected sub-trades.

Contractor Assistance Program

Contractors not experienced in post and beam construction can contact our factory to receive detailed instruction in the fastest and most efficient method of assembling a post and beam house.
A toll-free hotline number is also available for immediate assistance in dealing with construction questions.

Full Construction Management

We will manage your project under the supervision of a qualified, authorized Linwood builder. Once foundations are in place, a building team can completely assemble an average two thousand square foot Linwood home package in approximately four weeks.

Your new home will have siding, a roof, windows installed, doors in place, and the whole structure weatherproofed. You can then complete the interior finishing according to your own timetable and budget.
If necessary, we can also assist you in this finishing process.
